Minutes of Hammers United Committee Meeting held on February 21st 2025.
The Chairman opened the meeting at 6.00 pm sharp

Co-opting of Committee members.
Chair pointed out that M Adie,A McConnell and T Messenger had in effect been working as committee members for some time and suggested they be co-opted onto the committee.
This was endorsed unanimously.
Campaign against the club’s inflation busting ticket prices and attacks on concessions.
Andy Payne gave a report but was bound by confidentiality and that was respected.
Noted with thanks to Andy for his efforts.
Campaign Scarves.
Chair outlined cost and recommended that the committee sanction expenditure of £675 for an initial batch to be sold to supporters at cost.
S Cross moved endorsement of expenditure. This was seconded by A Baker and carried unanimously.
S Cross then offered to cover the cost of 50 scarves. This was accepted with thanks.
Large scale protest.
Chair reported that a meeting had been arranged with the MET to discuss large scale protest.
This was endorsed unanimously.
There being no further business Chair closed the meeting at 7.00pm thanking all for attending.
