With every person who signs the petition, the case on behalf of all those affected by the switch to a digital only season pass, becomes stronger. We will continue to lobby the club and we anticipate that the Football Supporters Association will assist us.

Hammers United write to you on behalf of 2,870 West Ham supporters who, at the time of writing, have signed the petition. Many have taken the time to comment, we encourage you to read these. The petition has only been live for 24 hours and so they may still be joined by others, who want to show solidarity on this issue.

We call on West Ham United FC to offer its season ticket holders the option of a physical stadium access card, following the lead of other Premier League clubs and in doing so, listening to their loyal supporters.
There needs to be a simple and effective way to request a card, beyond just calling or emailing the ticket office. It would be helpful if those who apply immediately could collect their cards from the ticket office on Sunday.
Information on your website, prior to renewals, stated cards would be available and thus fans renewed in good faith. That good faith must be honoured.
Club staff in a position to take this matter up are receiving this letter via email, but this is an open letter available to all supporters.
Should any club representatives wish to meet to discuss this issue, HU delegates will be available at a time of your choosing.
We are also requesting the support of the FSA in this matter.
